Minimum Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or clinical field, but will credit previous experience in like role. Knowledge in the area of inventory management and Materials Management Information Systems. Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Clinical background with 5 years of experience or professional certification preferred.
Job Duties:
This is a professional position that is responsible for processing all materials and managing warehouse inventory for Ferrell Hospital Community Foundation. The employee is responsible for following established policies and procedures. The employee must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills to perform the duties. The primary purpose is to monitor and manage inventory through the inventory control system, manage supply orders, and to coordinate the delivery and receipt of materials/services to support Ferrell Hospital and associated clinics in order to meet anticipated demand through collaboration and teamwork. This position is responsible for receiving storing and issuing material, supplies, and equipment to ordering departments in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining PAR level inventory systems throughout the organization, including the adjustment of stock levels as needed to meet demand, as well as other duties as assigned.
